Rebecca J. Britton is a Partner with Hutchens, Senter & Britton, P.A., focusing her practice in Civil Litigation concentrating in Medical Negligence, Catastrophic Personal Injury and Wrongful Death Cases.

Ms. Britton brings to Hutchens, Senter & Britton, P.A. exceptional representation in plaintiff injury cases. Actively involved in the community, Ms. Britton served in 2006 – 2007 President of the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers. She currently serves as Immediate Past President.

Ms. Britton is admitted to the North Carolina Bar, U.S. District Court, Eastern and Middle Districts of North Carolina, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit, and U.S. Supreme Court.

Ms. Britton has served as an Adjunct Professor in Pre-Trial Litigation at Campbell University School of Law in Buies Creek, NC from 1997 to present. Ms. Britton continues to teach seminars, publish articles and is a frequently requested community speaker. Ms. Britton is active in several North Carolina and national organizations.
