Area of Practice: Real Estate, Title Curative

Education: J.D. from Campbell University in 2004 and her undergraduate degree from Campbell University in 2001.  Ms. Benoit received an Associate Degree in Paralegal Technology in 1992 and worked in various aspects of the real estate field for 10 years before going to law school, including underwriting title insurance policies and searching real estate titles.

Professional/Community Activities:   Member of the Cumberland County and N.C. Bar Associations, Member of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Fayetteville; Board of Directors, Mortgage Bankers Association of Fayetteville, 2009; Member of the Paralegal Technology Advisory Committee at Fayetteville Technical Community College.

Awards and Accomplishments: Cumberland County Paralegal of the Year by the Cumberland County Paralegal Association, 1998.
